While great effort has been exerted to insure that all plans are complete and accurate, T&K Design assumes no liability for any building constructed from purchased plans. All construction documents provided by T&K design are provided as-is. It is the responsibility of the owner/builder to perform building reviews before beginning construction.

These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Verify all dimensions
  • Review all stair requirements
  • Verify compliance with local building codes
  • Verify actual site conditions

Any discrepancies on the plans must be resolved by the builder prior to construction.

Roof truss design and layout is the responsibility of the truss manufacturer.

Construction of any home should not be undertaken without the assistance of a qualified building professional.

Conditions of Sale

T&K DESIGN GROUP agrees to license its copyright to the design and home plans for the purchased plan in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Purchaser agrees that the purchase and license to the design and home plans ordered shall be for the construction of ONE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE only. Unauthorized use or further distribution is unlawful.

Prices do not include structural engineering package (engineer’s calculations and wet stamp) which may or may not be required in your area.

Many local building codes require the plans to be stamped by an Architect or Structural Engineer. Contact T&K Design with questions regarding availability.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund.

Copyright Protection

Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the designs and plans represent copyrighted material and shall not be reproduced in any form in whole or in part, including preparation of derivative works, for any reason without written authorization from T&K Design.

The purchase of plans in no way transfers any copyright or other ownership interests to the purchaser. T&K Design remains the sole copyright holder on all plans and designs.
