Each complete houseplan includes: cover page with general notes, all exterior elevations, framing plans, foundation plans, fully dimensioned and detailed floor plans, framing sections, all appropriate construction sections, and separate electrical plans.
Structural Calculations
Many local building codes require lateral and framing structural calculations to be submitted for approval. Please contact our office for their availability in your area.
Local Code Revisions
T-K Design is familiar with the requirements of many local building codes. Our office can help make the necessary revisions to your plans for building permits. Please contact our office for any special needs in your area.

Payment Information
A retainer is required for all plans requiring computer time. A partial payment is expected upon approval of preliminary plans as outlined in orderform. The remainder of the balance due is to be paid when the plans are picked up. NO EXCEPTION. We do take most major credit cards for your convience. Any revisions required for approval with individual Architectural Control Committees or building departments requiring computer time will be charged additional. No refunds or exchanges.
